Maryland Heights, MO | River Valley Logistics Center – Building 2 is a 357,000 SF single-load warehouse with 36′ clear height, 40 dock positions, and five (5) drive-in doors. The project included off-site infrastructure improvements including a new storm lift station, retention basin, intersection, and overlay roads.
