St. Ann, MO  |  Contegra completed a 30,000 SF buildout for a new Bob’s Discount Furniture location. The buildout included a 26,000 SF sales floor featuring display partitions, open ceiling grid, painted roof structure, LVT flooring and various lighting / light fixtures. The 4,000 SF back-of-house was outfitted with a sales counter, offices, break room, restrooms, and receiving area with dock.
