Granite City, IL  |  Completed in May 2021, Icon Mechanical’s 40,800 SF two-story new headquarters was constructed using conventional steel frame with metal roof deck and site-cast tilt-up panels. The project, designed by Gray Design Group, Inc., also included a full interior build-out featuring three 12′ x 10′ skylights to allow natural light to the center of the building.
