Godfrey, IL  |  Contegra completed a full renovation to Lewis and Clark Community College’s 62,500 SF Hatheway Hall including the performing arts center, pool, locker rooms, gym, offices, board room, VIP lounge, full commercial kitchen, MEP systems, roof replacement, and installation of solar photovoltaic system. The project operated on a tight schedule, working with constant student and public presence during renovation.
