Edwardsville, IL | The Donco building addition is a 21,500 SF maintenance and office facility constructed of insulated tilt-up panels and metal roofing. The structure includes 10 overhead cranes, eight (8) service bays, infrared-heated wash bay, mezzanine storage area, 3,000 SF office, and 4,000 linear feet of hot water piping embedded in the floor of the maintenance zone to provide radiant heat.
