May 8, 2019  |  Contegra joined the National Safety Stand-Down Week to Prevent Falls in Construction by hosting a luncheon at the World Wide Technology Building in Edwardsville, IL. Representatives from Sunbelt Rentals, Frost Supply, PMG – Guardian Fall Protection, TW Constructors and local OSHA were in attendance.

National Safety Stand Down Week raises fall hazard awareness nationwide with the intention to prevent future fall fatalities and injuries. These fall fatalities are the leading cause of death in the construction industry, but many of these deaths are preventable with safety measures in place. At the event, employees not only learned about fall hazards but also other important safety precautions.
