Contegra achieved Gold LEED Certification on Progress Point/Fireman’s Fund, a 3 story, 128,000 square foot Class A Office building in O’Fallon, MO.

Contegra boasts four LEED Accredited professionals on our staff alone. Therefore, your “green” project will not be our first rodeo. The chosen design professionals and subs for any specific project will bring their own ideas as well. We all work together, bringing different experiences from different areas of expertise.

Contegra has experience with solar PV installations (totaling 3 million dollars of investment) on some of our projects in Gateway Commerce Center and the financial incentives that helped them become reality.
